Q: What are the acceptable forms of payment?
A: We accept Visa/MasterCard/American Express, if you are placing large orders please contact our customer service center to discuss alternative payment options.
Q: After I place an order, when can I expect to receive it?

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return a purchase for a refund, merchandise credit or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable and all returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
Q: Do you offer a product warranty?
A: We offer a 30 day manufacturers warranty. However, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of product usage.

Q: Why can’t I sell my idea to someone?
A: Companies do not buy ideas. They license patent rights. By “patent rights” we mean the legal rights offered by pending or issued patents. If an idea is not patentable, it is fair game for all who know about it.
Q: If I tell my idea to someone, can they steal it?
A: Before talking with us, we will sign a confidentiality agreement with you protecting your intellectual property. Be sure when talking to any potential product development company that they do the same.
